1. Municipal and Town Sewage Treatment

Municipal Sewage Treatment Technology

Oxidation Ditch Technology

As a modification of activated sludge process, Oxidation Ditch is a kind of end-to-end aeration ditch with circulating flow. The technology combines CLR form and the specific location layout of the aerating device skillfully, and thus has unique hydraulic and working characteristics, which is especially applicable for nitration-denitrification biological treatment process. The anaerobic-oxic-anoxic (anaerobic) -oxic - anoxic - oxic biological treatment process of different proportion is formed in accordance with the different quality of sewage water, which not only has excellent denitrification and dephosphorization effects, but can also decompose the high-molecular-weight organisms into the low-molecular-weight organisms that facilitate the degradation of aerobic organisms.

BAF (Biological Aerated Filters) Technology

The technology evolves from common biological filter, heavy-load biological filter, biological filter tower, biological contact oxidation process, etc. biological membrane process. Being called the third generation biological filter, it is the reactor that actually integrates biological membrane process and activated sludge process, with the advantages such as high effluent quality, large processing capacity, easy bio-membrane culturing, quick starting, good resistance to shock, resistance to low temperature, small floor space and low operating cost.

A2/O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) Technology

A2/O Technology is the most widely used denitrification and dephosphorization process. Compared with other processes of the same kind, it has the simplest process flow, shorter hydraulic retention time; in addition, sludge bulking seldom occurs. Addition of an anoxic pretreatment pond before the conventional technological anaerobic pond as well as improvement measures such as the step feed greatly improves the denitrification and dephosphorization effect, especially the bio-dephosphorization, achieving great success in many sewage treatment plants.

1) Two-phase Anaerobic - Cross Flow Oxic Process
(1) Process Description 
   It consists of high-efficient acidogenic fermentation reactor, composite UASB and cross-flow oxic reaction pond etc. major units, which can be combined organically in accordance with the quality and quantity of the high concentration organic wasted water, so as to meet the different discharging requirements. With the ability to process the high concentration organic industrial wastewater that is difficult to degrade, it has the advantages such as high removal rate, small amount of surplus sludge, stable running and easy operation and so on.

(1) Process Description
    It consists of ABR (ZL200420063866.9) and MBR (ZL200710072544.9) etc. major units. With the ability to process and reclaim the high concentration organic industrial wastewater effectively, it has the advantages such as high removal rate, small amount of surplus sludge, stable running and so on.

① ABR has the features and effects of multi-phase anaerobic biological treatment system. Different floras are distributed in the chambers that are connected in series in accordance with the similar food chain relations, to degrade and mineralize the organisms in the wastewater, with high removal rate and good resistance to shock etc. advantages.

②  Thanks to the interception function of the membrane, MBR collects relatively high biomass and attains the capacity to remove pollutants. The effluent can live up to reuse standard of reclaimed water.

3. Treatment of Reclaimed Water 

Water is the irreplaceable but renewable resources in the nature. As the shortage and pollution of water resources become worsen, water is becoming the factor that limits the sustainable development of China. The sewage, after treated in a proper way, not only can be used in farming, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery, urban water consumption, landscape environment water consumption, groundwater recharge, and industrial water consumption etc., but also can be used as the cooling, circulating and make-up water for power plant or boiler, softened water, as well as the pure water and high purity water for electroplating and fine chemical industry etc. industries. 

(1) Water Reclaimed from Domestic Wastewater

With the development of economy, there is an increasing demand for water from industry, agriculture and residents, and consequently, the amount of sewage also increases greatly, which worsens the water shortage. Turning sewage into resources is an effective way to solve the problem of regional water shortage; in particular, the centralization of urban buildings provides sufficient water sources for the reuse of the reclaimed water from buildings. Therefore, the reuse of the reclaimed water as the second water source for the low-quality urban water consumption will greatly ease up the shortage of water resources and achieve the combined benefit of increasing income, decreasing expenditure and protecting environment. Nowadays, the reclaimed water has been widely used in hotels and residential quarters.

4. Wetland Construction

Wetland is the important living environment and one of the landscape types that is rich in biodiversity in the nature, playing an role that can not be replaced by other system in combating flood, regulating runoff, replenishing underground water, improving climate, controlling pollution, beautifying environment and maintaining regional ecological balance etc. aspects. Under the dual pressure from population explosion and economic development, a great number of wetlands are transformed into farmland; moreover, the excessive resource development and pollution further decreases the area of wetland, and the species of wetland suffer from serious damage.

At the end of the year 2009, the Company undertook the water purification project in Daotunwa artificial wetland, Dongping County, upgrading the sewage which is rated as the Class One Category A sewage in accordance with Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant discharged from local wastewater treatment plants into the water which lives up to the water quality standard of potable water Category IV specified in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water, which becomes the model project in respect of artificial wetland enhancement nationwide.

5. Feed Water Treatment
With the acceleration of urbanization process and the expansion of industrial scale, potable water sources and industrial water sources are polluted to different extent. The Company introduces and develops a series of industrial and domestic feed water treatment techniques and reverse osmosis apparatus, membrane filtering products, complete sets of   deferrization and demanganization equipment, softened water series equipment, automatic defluorination equipment, various kinds of sterilizers etc. devices and products, providing guarantee for the safety of industrial and domestic feed water.

2) Core Technology
a Green Technology of Water Purification with Membrane

Ultra filtration equipment, as the core unit plant, is combined with deferrization, demanganization, dearsenication, defluorination, organic removal and sterilization etc. techniques and devices in accordance with the polluted water quality. Powder carbon absorption, biological degradation and ultra filtration membrane segregation are executed in one reactor, not only improve the quality of potable water remarkably, but also reduce the floor space as well as the construction cost and operating cost greatly.
b Advanced Oxidation and Bio-enhancement Activated Carbon Techniques
They are mainly used to provide advanced treatment for the upgrade of water works to meet the increased sewage discharge standard, the construction of new water works and safe water supply.
c Adjustable Hexagonal-Hole Mesh Flocculation Equipment
The number of the mesh panels on the equipment can be adjusted easily and effectively according to the change of the quality and quantity of the water. The water flow can form more and stronger vortexes after flowing through the hexagonal holes, which greatly increases the degree of irregularity and the obstruction-free flow area of the water flow, and reduces the head loss and the flocculation time. 
d Adjustable Hexagonal-Hole Mixer
Adjustable hexagonal-hole mixing equipment and adjustable hexagonal-hole mixer can be adjusted easily and effectively according to the change of the quality and quantity of the water. The water flow can form more and stronger vortexes after flowing through the hexagonal holes, which greatly increases the mixing intensity and the obstruction-free flow area of the water flow, and reduces the head loss and the reaction time. 
e Multi-Stage Inclined-Plate Sedimentation Tank
Two-stage or multi-stage inclined plate modules with certain distances between each other are arranged along the direction of water flow in the sedimentation tank, not only increasing the sedimentation efficiency, but also ensuring the smooth discharge of sludge.

f Folded-Plate Flocculating Tank
   A certain number of folded plates are put in the tank, so as to make the water flow among the folded plates and form many vortexes, accelerate the mutual collision of particles in the water, making the reaction more thorough under the effect of flocculant and forming compact flocs that are easy to sediment. Folded-plate flocculating tank shows great adaptability to the change of the quality and quantity of the raw water; in addition, it is easy to install and maintain.  
5. Desalination of Sea Water

Asking for water from sea is the main direction to solve the problem of water shortage. The Company has a well-equipped membrane laboratory and a batch of experts in membrane technology with great membrane research and development ability which are devoted to the research and development of sea water desalination by means of membrane process. Moreover, the Company introduces the complete set of mass production line of American composite membrane and the industrialized technology, to provide high quality membrane elements for the clients. 6. Softened Water Treatment

The Company introduces the automatic back-flushing filter, reverse osmosis apparatus, ultra pure water equipment, automatic softened water equipment, high-frequency electronic scale remover, electronic back-flushing pollutant-discharging filtering water treatment apparatus, chlorine dioxide and UV sterilizer manufactured by advanced foreign techniques, covering industrial and domestic system. The corrosion/scale inhibitor, germicide/algicide, scale remover etc. agents used in cooling circulating water and boiler water treatment and swimming pool are applied in the systems of many fields and achieves obvious effect.
