Corrections and feedback

For corrections, platform updates or source clarifications, contact the Hitet editorial team at editor@hitet.com.

When requesting a correction, include the page URL, the statement in question and a primary source where possible.

Help us improve the record

Send information we can verify and act on.

Report a correction

Include the Hitet page URL, the exact sentence or score in question, the reason it may be inaccurate and a current primary source. Screenshots are useful when a feature is visible only after sign-in.

Share a platform update

Tell us what changed, when it changed and where the change is documented. Product launches, pricing updates, new location rules and retired features are reviewed against the same editorial framework.

Offer editorial feedback

Reader feedback about clarity, accessibility and missing context is welcome. We may not adopt every suggestion, but specific examples help us improve future revisions.

Email: editor@hitet.com. Do not send résumés, identity documents, account credentials or sensitive personal data. Hitet does not accept job applications or provide individual placement services.

What happens after a correction request

We review the cited page, compare the request with current primary sources and decide whether the text, score, source note or review date needs to change. Material corrections should be made promptly; interpretive disagreements may be addressed through clearer context rather than a score change. See the editorial policy for the broader approach.

Before you write

Choose the clearest route.

For a factual correction, lead with evidence. For a product update, include the effective date. For a broader editorial suggestion, explain which reader decision would become easier if the page changed. Clear scope helps the team review a request without unnecessary follow-up.
