Support comparison
The same seven dimensions create a consistent way to scan platforms with different business models. Readers should still prioritize the dimensions that match their own search mode.
How Hitet scores job boards and remote-work platforms, and where the framework has limits.
Remote focus (20%) measures how directly the product supports remote discovery and geographic restrictions. Global reach (15%) reflects practical international coverage. Listing quality (20%) considers verification signals, provenance, freshness and candidate confidence. Inventory depth (15%) reflects breadth. Candidate tools (10%) covers alerts, matching, career tools and workflow. Transparency (10%) includes employer, salary and source context. Candidate cost (10%) reflects how much core discovery is available without payment.
A score is a structured editorial judgment based on publicly observable product behavior, platform documentation and repeatable review criteria. Hitet does not have privileged access to every platform's internal moderation data, fraud rate, conversion rate or complete inventory.
User reviews can identify themes, but they are not treated as statistically representative evidence. Review sites are vulnerable to selection bias, changing product versions and authenticity concerns. We use review themes as prompts for product checks rather than as automatic scoring inputs.
Pages display a review date. Material product changes can trigger rescoring. Comparisons should be read as snapshots, not permanent rankings.
The same seven dimensions create a consistent way to scan platforms with different business models. Readers should still prioritize the dimensions that match their own search mode.
Scores reflect observable product behavior and published information at review time. They can change when features, inventories, pricing, verification or geographic coverage changes.
The score is not an audited measurement, user survey or hiring-outcome prediction. Written rationales and source notes show the evidence and judgment behind it.
No public review can inspect every listing, employer or candidate experience. Inventory also varies by title, location and day. Hitet therefore avoids presenting a score as a guarantee and encourages readers to test platforms with their own focused searches. Material corrections are reviewed through the process described in the editorial policy.
